Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days (5-7 business days for custom items) for your order to be processed. Shipping time is additional and is based upon the rate selected at checkout. Please be advised, it is the customer’s responsibility to note any special holiday cutoff dates that may be indicated in the banner section at the top of each page of our website when placing an order. Orders are processed during normal business hours and in the order in which they were received.

Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm EST
Saturday: 10am - 4pm EST
Sunday: Closed

Shipping Methods: All orders are fully tracked and shipped via either USPS or UPS from Southeast Michigan. 

  • Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Delays: Please note that all mail carriers are experiencing severe shipping delays due to COVID-19 restrictions and the above transit times are currently their best estimations. As of March 26, 2020 UPS has suspended their UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination (refer to the UPS website for more information: https://www.ups.com/us/en/shipping/rates.page?. 

Hierarchy Events is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Refunds will not be issued for packages that arrive later than the anticipated delivery date. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information. We thank you for your understanding & patience!

Order Refusal: Orders that are refused at delivery will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
